Marian Haddad, MFA, is often invited to speak/lecture, keynote, moderate discussions (whether civic, academic or artistic), panel and/or read her own or others’ work at various colleges, universities, and literary or arts organization events around the nation, as well as being invited to participate in dramatic performances (such as narrating a condensed version of La Boheme), performing monologues (The Vagina Monologues), opening for a play by reading her own poems (Otherwise Occupied), and dramatic performances with musical groups such as The San Antonio Vocal Arts Ensemble (SAVAE) which include readings of Rumi to ancient instruments.
