February 22, 2009, Sunday, 2:00 p.m., Coordinating, publicizing, and emceeing the third literary benefit in a series to assist Our Lady of The Lake University’s departments damaged or destroyed by the fire. Featured readers include Cyrus Cassells and Jim Hightower. Our Lady of the Lake, Providence West Social Room.

March 3, UTSA 1604 Campus, 5:30 p.m., Women’s Month: Arab American Women Poet’s, Writer’s, and Artist’s panel. Panel participant with Naomi Shihab Nye and Salwa Arnous. Co-sponsored by Women’s Studies Department and Dr. Marian Aitches.

March 4, UTSA 1604 Campus, 5:30 p.m., Women’s Month: Poetry Reading, Featured Reader. Co-sponsored by The Women’s Studies Department and Dr. Bernadette Andrea.

March 14, Luminaria Reading, Luminaria Event Downtown San Antonio, reading with poetry group organized by Robert Bonazzi. Time TBA.

April 17, 18, and 19th, Poetry at Round Top, Round Top, Texas. Will hold private manuscript consultations. Will hold a morning reading during the conference.
